Summary: An exploration of the public and private life of Vilhjalmur Stefansson, an Arctic explorer. He is best known for "discovering" the "Blond Eskimo" of the Central Arctic in 1910. He was also one of the first anthropologists to adopt the Inuit lifestyle, living off the land.
