Teaching with cases Cover Image Book Book

Teaching with cases / David Dunne, Kim Brooks.

Summary:

"In the first three chapters we consider how cases are used in our own disciplines. In chapter 4 we report on the results of an STLHE Listserv survey on member experiences with case teaching. In chapters 5,6, and 7, we discuss the basic principles underlying the use of cases as well as their strengths and limitations, and in chapters 8-12 we provide practical guidelines to help instructors develop their own case teaching methodologies. We conclude the guide with sources of cases and further reading on case teaching and learning." --preface [p.9]
